Bluetooth error when trying to sync

Why do I receive sometimes a Bluetooth error when my fit bit is trying to sync?

Hi @Lexiloo2010 nice to see you here. Thanks for sharing the Bluetooth issues with your Inspire HR. My apologies for the delay.

 

I'd like to know what model of phone you're using to connect. Please make sure it is listed here. Confirm that your Fitbit App and phone are up to date too, then you can follow these steps:

 

  1. Force quit the App and turn off your phone
  2. Open Fitbit App, go to Account (upper right corner) > Delete Fitbit tracker from the Account
  3. Open the Bluetooth Setting on your phone and delete Fitbit Inspire HR from there too
  4. Reboot Bluetooth to make sure your Fitbit is not there
  5. Restart your tracker  a couple of times and Access back to Fitbit App > Account to set up your Fitbit tracker back
  6. Turn on notifications
