Bluetooth

Have not had one issue with my INSPIRE  until last night.  It won't sync.  It says that Bluetooth needs to be turned on and it is on.  That is the only Bluetooth around me at the time, nothing else has Bluetooth.  I wonder if there has been some type of update?    Help?

Hi @angkev38  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems.

My phone and Fitbit inspire has always synced it stop syncing two days ago and I can’t figure it out.

Yes, but what phone IS it? Try going through the Help Article I linked above and try ALL the suggestions.
