Buzzing and will not light up

My FitBit Inspire HR started to buzz rapidly today and will not light up. I have tried to hold down the button for 5 seconds at a time while it is being charged and it will not light at all. It continues to buzz will being charged. I purchased this fitbit on April 10th, 2019 and it has already crashed. I am really disappointed and would like to resolve this issue.

Mine is doing the same. I purchased in March. I have had several other fitbits and all have been great... this is very disappointing!

It's a great pleasure to welcome you @Barbara9558

If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Inspire HR:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.Cat Happy
