Question!
I have a hypothetical situation. I count my calories in the Fitbit App based on my daily expenditure to maintain my current weight of 150 lbs. Lets say I take a week-long break from counting my calories while on vacation. Let’s also say that while on vacation I consume over my daily caloric expenditure each day, and gain weight as a result. Now, once I return from vacation and begin tracking calories again based on my daily expenditure, would my weight return to 150 lbs.? Thoughts and answers?
