I'm 5ft 9in and 142lb female, 30 years old. I exercise most days but my fitbit is telling me that I'm burning less than 1k calories per day on most days (even when spending hours in "fat burn" zones and higher). Frequently, it's significantly less...
How can this be? When I use online calculators my BMR alone is around 1,200 (not counting exercise).
