At the end of my day my Fitbit says I’ve taken 11,000 steps and burned 2.5k calories and I really don’t think it’s right as it also was saying my heart rate was up to 100/110 when I was doing basic walking around and using the stairs at work. steps are being added when I’m driving or doing any kind of arm walk and I’m a little disappointed

Steps are going to be pretty inaccurate if you're wearing it on your wrist, unless you walk on your hands.
The calories burned seems pretty good, don't forget that it's estimating your total daily energy expenditure, which includes your basal metabolic rate, and not just calories burned by exercising.
The heart rate also sounds reasonable to me, a brisk walk (4mph) or going up and down stairs usually gets my heart rate up to 105 to 110 (resting heart rate is typically in the mid 50s and when I'm on a treadmill it and the Inspire 2 agree pretty well about instantaneous heart rate).

@Jodie19 Also keep in mind, you can't expect anyone to be able to judge much about your heart rate or calorie burn without knowing more about you. Normal heart rate for a 20 year old and a 65 year old are very different.
And expected calorie burn for 90 pound person and a 300 pound person are worlds apart.

What JohnnyRow said is true of course. You can verify your heart rate by measuring manually. Find your pulse in your neck or wrist, while watching a clock with a seconds hand, count beats for 6 seconds and then multiply that by 10. If it comes out significantly different from what your Fitbit reports for your heart rate then you may need to adjust the strap so it fits a little tighter, or clean the bottom surface of the Fitbit where it makes contact with your skin to be sure nothing is obstructing the optical heart rate sensor (the green flashing light).
