Did you mean:

Sleep = no data, heart data = all good

Since the update, I’m getting “no data” under “Sleep” on my Inspire 2. I am getting heart data just fine (and all numbers match the app, if that matters).

I have rebooted the device, checked all settings, and done whatever else you recommended others do. Nothing has helped.

Again, this started coincidental with the update. I'm narcoleptic, and tracking sleep data is vital. Please help.

Fitbit support e me disse que meu problema era que estava usando o modo Clip. Lo cambié um modo de pulso, y se soluciono.  Y começou a funcionar.

I did check to see if my Fitbit was set on Clip or Wrist. It was on the Wrist setting. So I guess that’s not the problem with mine, but I appreciate your help! Gracias! 🙂

The problem resolved itself overnight, so I guess Fitbit fixed their bug. If only I’d waited one more day before complaining!
Anyhoo, all good now.
