Black screen when I press the sides a smiley face appears and then goes  . No flashing green light on the back

Hello @else219a 

 

Try placing your Inspire 2 into its charger for about 30 mins then while it’s still in the charger try restarting the Fitbit by pressing down and holding the button on the side of your Inspire 2 and release the buttons when you see the small smiley face. The Inspire 2 should vibrate letting you know it has restarted.

Tried that I still just have the smiley face then it disappears. The green light is not flashing either . I have another one on order and I pick it up tomorrow
