i just got my new inspire and it WILL NOT let me scroll or tap the screen.. It’s show time,HR,steps and txt but I can’t scroll or tap anything on..
Am I just dumb.. Please HELP!!! 😀😀

@HBgrl13, of course it is possible that your Fitbit is defective... It is also possible that you haven’t yet got the knack!
I have to say that I have intermittent issues with my phone, and my son says I have ‘zombie fingers’ because sometimes no matter how much I tap or swipe nothing works... But I know my phone works fine. I would say let someone else try and see what happens... if they still can’t make it swip or react when tapped, then try the restart procedure:
Your tracker should now work normally.
If it still won’t react to your taps or swipes, then ask a family member, friend or neighbour to try - maybe you have zombie fingers!
If your Fitbit is still not reacting, then you should either take it back where you bought it for exchange (that is usually the quickest option for a new Fitbit) or get in touch with Fitbit Customer Service on contact.fitbit.com

@HBgrl13 , good news! Glad to hear that Customer Services is sorting this out for you. What you have experienced is unusual (unless you have zombie fingers like me) but it does happen!
