Can not find Friend

My friend and I can not find each other on “Find Friends”. We have tried every method (contacts, username, email), and we each have a list of orher people who are using the premium app; but we just can’t fond each other. 

Is there something in the original setup we did wrong?

 

i have tried all the “fixes” as per previous conversations.

Hi @Myriam1224  give your friend this link https://community.fitbit.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22741224 and they can click on it directly and add you as a friend. Not sure why you can't connect, but this is a sure way.
