Hi there,

I recently switched from an Inspire HR to an Inspire 2, and I'm no longer receiving call notifications on my Fitbit. When I try to change Notifications by going to the Fitbit app > Account (profile image) > Inspire 2 (device) > Notifications, I can't click Notifications at all. Might be a bug?

 

How can I access Notifications and ensure that my Inspire 2 vibrates when I receive a phone call?

Hi, actually I found this topic https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Can-t-access-Notifications-in-the-app/m-p/4811391#M149275 and solved the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Fingers crossed that I'll start receiving call notifications again!!
