Can't access apps on Fitbit Inspire

I cannot access ANY of the apps.   Sleep, swimming plus anything else????

From the main watch face, if you scroll up (swipe down), do you mean you do not see Timers, Alarms, or Settings?

There are some apps which are not available on the Inspire, including the Exercise App.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
