I have been having issues syncing an Inspire HR on a Huawei P Smart 2019 phone so decided to delete the device and add it again.
In order to do this, I deleted the Fitbit cache, restarted the phone and tried to add the device. The app finds the HR and I can enter the four digit code to pair but then nothing.
The app says "Sorry the setup is taking longer than usual. Please be patient. We're on it!" The HR shows the Fitbit logo before returning to the standard clock face.
Both the phone and HR are fully charged and were restarted but I get the same result each time.
