Can't change clock faces

Why won't my Fitbit change the clock face?

Hi @KristinaKaye and welcome to the forums! How are you attempting to change the clock face on your Inspire HR?  To make sure you are selecting a clock face made specifically for your device, try this:

• Open the Fitbit app on your phone
• Tap Account, then Inspire HR
• Tap clock faces —> All Clocks. This will take you to the right clock faces for your device.

At this point, I suggest you try to install one of the “By Fitbit” faces and see if your change goes thru. Please let us know how it goes for you.

I clicked on every one of my clock faces and all it does it a blue half
circle keeps going around and around
