I can’t reset my interval training active time for my inspire HR. I’ve tried to reset the times on the Web dashboard and in the app; I’m trying to change my intervals to 45 seconds of work out and 10 seconds of rest. It seems that the Fitbit keeps overriding back to 30 seconds of work out and 10 seconds of rest time. I can’t get the interval times to change to what I want them to be.
I have the same issue but mine keeps resetting to exactly what you want, always 45s and 10 repeats. I would like it to be 1 minute and be able to add a resting time too but this gets deleted every time
