My mother recently bought a new Inspire HR, and I set it up and everything but when I try to pick a different clock face (she really likes the analog one), it just keeps loading and never goes anywhere. Is this a problem with her phone, the app, or just fitbit? Tried restarting her phone, clearing cache, force stopping the app and reloading and everything, but just keeps loading!
