Can’t contact customer support

Have been locked out of my app account for weeks - reset forgotten password never reaches my account , so no way of getting back in . Having looked at other conversations it seems to be a frequent issue - waited on chat there for 30 minutes with no response . 
really want to get back in to my account . Concerned account hacked or compromised. Need to resolve issue asap
