Super disappointed that the Inspire HR does not recognize biking nor count it automatically (and also doesn't count floors anymore, what the heck??). When I try to log exercise, no matter what I put in for values I get an error message saying the time is in the future, even though it's not. Help!

Welcome to the forums!
Biking is not step based so it will not Auto recognize it.
Can you post a picture of the error message? You need to make sure to fill in all fields
I log bike daily without a problem

@SueHan Your Inspire HR should auto recognize outdoor biking. It is one of the exercises listed in SmartTrack. If you are riding an indoor bike, that is not auto recognized, You would need to use the Exercise app and choose Spinning as the exercise. I also recommend using the Exercise app with Biking as a choice if you are riding outdoors. You get a definite start and stop time. If you use the Exercise app, you won't have to worry about trying to log activities.
I am an iPhone user. If I want to log an exercise after the fact, I do the following:
The Inspire HR does not count floors. That was a decision made by Fitbit not to include it. The Versa Lite also does not count floors.
An exercise does not have to be step based to be auto recognized. Swimming is also auto recognized.
