Hi there, @T2Diabetes. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.

In order to properly download your data, please see How do I export my Fitbit account data?

Note that if you have a large amount of Fitbit data it can take up to a few days to generate your account data archive. Check the status of your request in your Data Export account settings.

If the issue persists, please try using another browser and attach a photo showing the error message you get. In order to add a photo to your reply please:

  • When you're in the reply page, click on the Insert Photos icon (the little camera).
  • Then, click on the Choose File in the middle of the grey window that will pop up.
  • Search for the photo on your computer or phone and click on Open.
  • Once the image shows up in the grey windows, select the size and the position and click on Done.

Hope that helps.
