Can’t factory reset Inspire 2

I have an old inspire two that I was just going to give away, but I can’t reset it. Any time I clear user data it just goes back to the clock screen after resetting as if it’s just restarting it regularly. Any fixes?

Hi @douji   This YouTube video shows what you will see on the screen when you clear your data.  To be honest, I would't worry too much if it doesn't reset.  Fitbits only store the last 30 days data and that is aggregate data, not detailed data.  The Inspire 2 is an entry level tracker, very basic.  It doesn't have an NFC chip, so it doesn't store credit card information.  In addition, there are no third party apps that might have personal information.
