Thank you for letting us know that the heart rate of your Inspire HR is not working. I appreciate the picture you attached.

Is the green light on the sensor on the back on?
What can you see on your watch in relation to heart rate?
Does your watch format indicate the heart rate on the same screen that you see the time or do you have to enter the activities to see it?

Hi @Sami24601 Your device is an Inspire, not an Inspire HR. There’s no optical heart rate monitor in your device. This is an Inspire HR.
