I can’t reply to previous posts on this topic as they’re locked (why).  How useless this product is, not being able to see the screen at all out of doors.  I can’t believe anyone would sell such a product.  All I want to know is - can I send it back or does it just go into the bin before I apply to the Trading Standards.

Hi @Rosie480  it depends on the warranty where you reside. If it's out of warranty, then returning it wouldn't do any good. As these devices age, some do have the problem of a dimmer screen. Have you tried changing the clock face and making it more brighter with the settings?
