Hello Fitbit Community,
I hope you're all having a fantastic day. I'm reaching out for assistance with a specific issue I've been experiencing with my Fitbit Inspire 2 since Christmas 2023.
The problem revolves around sleep data synchronization. While the sleep data shows up accurately on the Fitbit app, it doesn't seem to reflect on the device itself. I've verified that the app and the device are properly connected, and all other features are working as expected.
Steps I've taken to troubleshoot:
Despite these efforts, the sleep data continues to be visible only on the app and not on the device.
If any of you have encountered a similar issue or have suggestions on how to resolve this specific sleep data synchronization challenge, your insights would be immensely helpful.
Thank you in advance for your assistance. I appreciate the expertise of this community and look forward to hearing your suggestions.
Best, benf70

I had the same problem with my Luxe where the sleep data post-sync would not show on the device. The app had it so I was not too fussed about it. Now the Inspire 2 I got after the battery would no longer charge in the Luxe will not sync or show sleep at all. I do tend to get activity mins that are suspect, but the larger concern is that after it recorded my sleep the very first night I wore it, it no longer does so. I have adjusted the strap, unpaired and re-paired the device, synced multiple times, changed the sensitivity setting, done all the updates, etc.... but still nothing
