Can't set up my new Inspire 2

I have a new inspire 2.when i plugged it into charge, waited 2 hours  squeezed the sides no smiley face repeated for 5 seconds then 10 seconds but still no smiley face , so I have a blank screen and cannot sync to my phone as I need the 4 digit code that I cannot see,any advice would be great

Hi. Did you get this sorted out? I received my Fitbit today, had it in charge for 6 hours, and still can not get it to start up

I can't set mine up either but , found out my OR is to old on both my computer and phone 😞  any help for that ?
