Says I have to unlink from previous device to hook up to new.  This is impossible for me.  It was linked to my computer that crashed and I can no longer get into it.  Can you unlink for me, or what do I do now?

Hello @SAT2021

If I’m understanding correctly you had your Fitbit App originally on your computer and and your Inspire linked to that Fitbit App. Your computer crashed so your unable to physically unpair the Inspire 2 from your computer.

You shouldn’t have to worry about unlinking it from your crashed computer - since the computer  won't turn on it’s not trying to link back up with your Inspire. All you need to do is set up your Inspire as a new device. You will not lose any of your data as it’s held on the Fitbit Servers. But you will lose any data that occurred after your last successful sync.

I’ll walk you through the steps. To set it up on a new device, you need to install the Fitbit app, log into it with your current email address and password, then tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap "Set up a Device". Simply pick Inspire from the the list of trackers then just follow the onscreen instructions. When you are asked if you want to replace the Inspire 2 say yes.

😃I hope this provides you with the best answer to your question and gets you up and running again. Please come back and let me know how it went.
