Greetings.
I'd been using my Fitbit Inspire HR with the Windows 10 app/program, and bluetooth syncing was working fine.
I decided to install the Android app so I could add GPS functionality. Now I can't get the Windows app to sync. Toggling bluetooth on my computer doesn't work. Restarting various thingies doesn't work.
Phone: Moto G6, Android 9
Computer: Dell XPS 15 9560
Help!
Thanks,
Brian

If you haven't, try temporarily turning off bluetooth on one device when you want to sync with the other; i.e. turn off phone's bluetooth when trying to sync through computer.

I did exactly that – tried, in fact, all combinations I could think of of restarting, turning off then on of bluetooth in various combos, etc. No luck.
