Since the new update my tracker will not sync with my phone. I have a Google pixel 3axl which used to work great, now it says it's not compatible. It will count my steps and heart rate but will not give me proper details about my sleep anymore. Plus it stops syncing daily, and when I try to force a sync I get a message saying cannot locate device. Not sure what went on with the new update but it has totally screwed up my device. I also no longer get my texts or calls notification on my tracker.
I have reset my tracker twice, plus removed device and app and done a complete reinstall and still nothing is working properly

I'm having exactly the same issue! And I've done the device restart, I've redone the Inspire install on the app, and every day my app can't find my device. I've only had my Inspire HR for 9 days and I thought it was a defective device. I also have a Google Pixel 3a phone.

I have a pixel 2xl and as of a few days ago, same issue. Only now, I can't get it to pair with my phone either

Same problem with 'Cannot Locate Device'. Mine is less than a week old and very disappointed.
Also do not get any notifications or vibrations when I am supposed to.
