I can no longer see mile splits or map of run on the mobile app for my Inspire 2. What settings do I need to review to get this information?

Please, follow the steps listed here:

Hello - thank you for the suggested fix. I followed these steps and I am still having this issue. Is the background location setting required in order to see mile splits? where do I see this setting without logging out and logging into fitbit?

Hey! So I also had this issue. On my Fitbit app I made sure I was on “today”. Then click on “exercise days” tab. Then click the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner. Click “activity settings”. Scroll down to and click on  “cues”. Make sure “split times” has a check mark next to it. Mine did not. Must be the factory setting for Fitbit.

Thank you for this suggestion! I do not have that option under "activity settings" - that screen only has stride length, weekly exercise goals, and auto recognized exercises.
