Cannot set my time on Fitbit Inspire HR

So, this morning at High School, I checked my Fitbit Inspire HR and it says 11:17 AM not 7:27 AM. That's the wrong time and after school, I visit Fitbit help and follow the tips on "How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?" and then I tap the Today tab, tap my profile picture, tap app settings turn off Automatic time zone and tap select time zone and then it won't sync.
