On two occasions today my Fitbit Inspire 2 has changed time zones independently, changing the time by going back 8 hours! When I refresh the app, the Fitbit syncs with the right time again. What a weird bug. How can I rely on my Fitbit alarm to wake me up tomorrow?

Yeah, this just started for me today too. Actually, started last night, when the alarm woke me me up like 4 hours early and I was "mysteriously" exhausted while about to get ready for work. Thankfully, I glanced at another clock and saw the correct time, but yeesh, what a horrible way to get woken up.
EDIT- Also, I should note, since the initial synch to change my time zone back, the time keeps on changing timezones again after a few hours. Happened about 3 times today so far...
EDIT 2 - And now it's not happening anymore. So that's good. Super weird though.

This problem just started yesterday. The time zone difference is about 6 hours. I have rebooted and sync'd to get it to the right time. That worked but only temporarily. Need help from Fitbit to fix.

Same here. I plugged it into my laptop and it switched back, but I'm wondering how long that will last. I've not been very pleased with my Inspire HR. It is very "buggy". Sometimes adds thousands of steps randomly, so the sync with MyFitness Pal ends up being off in terms of calories. I'm honestly about ready to invest in another brand of tracker. My old fitbit one never had issues.

Twice so far for me. Both times plus 4 hours. Coincidentally that would be UTC....
