Cannot set up irregular rhythm notifications on Inspire 2

None of the solutions here are working on my Inspire 2.  There is no info to scroll up or down to, the the scroll down option to continue just doesn't work.  Again, this is on the afib setup screen.  Unless there is anything else to try, just going to send it back and get something else since I needed the afib feature.

Forgot to add I'm using an iphone SE 2022 to link with the fibit, and that is where I cant scroll.  The screen moves a tiny bit up or down but there is no content there.
