Changing the clock face

Hi, I want to change the click face, however, every time I pick a new face I just get the small green circle going continually around (I left it for two hours yesterday),  there is no problem synching the device - all my new data us uploaded easily. Are you able to help? Many thanks.

I am having this same issue. I have unpaired the device. Reset it, and tried uninstalling the app and trying again. Nothing happens but the circle going around and around.

Hello there, I wonder what is going on? When I first started using my
Inspire HR (back in December), I had no problems at all changing the clock
face - I hope there is someone out there who can help us?
