Changing time zones

Hello, my Fitbit hr changed time zones I haven’t left the country and I can’t change it back to GMT it’s driving me crazy as I’m currently in LA time zone. I have followed all advice on forums however nothing’s working to change it back it just keeps jumping back to LA time zone. Anyone got any advice? Many thanks x

Hi there, yes I have followed all instructions on how to change the time but nothing is working. Every time I exit the app the time changes back to LA time.
