i joined fitbit premium so i can check my oxygen variation while sleeping but i am not getting any info at all.

Hi, @Kabasa , premium is not required to get this information; however you do need a Fitbit that has the correct sensor (SpO2 sensor). You have posted in the Inspire/ Inspire HR forum. If that is the device you have you will not be able to get that information as the Inspire series does not have the required sensor. You would need Charge 3, Charge 4, or any in the Versa series or Ionic.
If that is the reason you joined premium and you do not need or want it for any other reason, you can probably get a refund if you have paid a subscription by getting in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com
