Does anyone know if you use the belt clip accessory, must you remove it every time you want to charge the Fitbit Inspire? If so, it could be difficult and also lead to failure of the clip.

Yes, you have to remove it. It's not a huge hassle though (pops in and out quite easily) and from my experience (for a couple weeks with the clip) and the battery life of the tracker (I easily get 5 if not more days).. plus I think it looks nicer on the charger alone, as there isn't anything in the way/sticking out (as the band does). This is because the tracker is the same size as the actual charging dock.

Thanks, ValerieAnne for confirming what I thought was true about having to take the Inspire out of the clip to charge it.  I am purchasing the Inspire and Clip for my wife who now has the Fitbit Zip.  My worry was that repeated removal of the Inspire from the clip will eventually cause the clip to fail, in addition to the difficulty of removing it.
