Inspire HR unresponsive

Both my husband and I received an Inspire HR from our insurance company.  

 

Mine works great and easily synced to my phone.

 

His will NOT fully charge (stops at 94%), and will NOT show any displays beyond the Fitbit icon.  It also will NOT sync to any ANY device.

 

im guessing it’s a dud.

@DJ2175 Welcome!  Has your husband tried to restart the device?  Is the phone he's trying to sync with one of the supported devices?

We don’t even care if his Inspire sinks to anything, he just wants it to work.
I did try the restart, but no luck.

@DJ2175 when trying to restart make sure the ‘smiley face’ shows up on the display.  If you don’t see that, it may not have restarted.  If you cannot get beyond that point you will probably have to contact support or ask your insurance company to exchange it.
