Hi my hr is displaying a message telling me to update the clock by going to the app. I have looked on there but I cannot see where to find new clocks to install. Has anybody else experienced this? As I have no clue what to do, and at the moment it’s almost impossible to read the actual time! Quite frustrating as it was working when I went to bed last night, put it onto charge and woke up this morning to find this! Thanks

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @michellesjw.
In the phone app, click on your profile in the upper left, then on the tracker, then clock faces and choose one. Is that what you tried ?
