Hi, sorry but I’ve tried to find the answer but failed. I can usually check the time by raising my arm/wrist but now this function has disappeared !!! Can you please help me. Thanks

You have probably accidentally turned off "Screen Wake'.  Press button a few seconds to get to 'Quick Settings' and turn on Screen Wake there.

Thanks for your help but when I press the button it keeps bringing up the water intake icon. I went to settings and checked sleep mode but it’s off. Sorry if I’m not doing it correctly 🙏

Inspire 2 is not the same as Inspire.

You are so wonderful. I have now been able to reset my Fitbit. I,still have no idea how I managed to place the screen to sleep but with your fantastic support I’m now a happy person 🙏🙏🙏
