I used to have a flex 2 that stopped working.
I am interested in buying the Inspire HR. However, my issue is that I don't see my phone (Samsung Galaxy J5 Prime) on the compatible phones list. I do however have Android 8.
Does this mean I cannot use any Fitbit product at all?

Hi @InItToWinIt1985 That is a good question and Im afraid I dont know the answer. Some unsupported phones work fine and some dont. The Fitbits with the new Operating System (including the Inspire) are a bit more demanding on the connection with a phone and phones that worked with older Fitbits may not work with newer Fitbits. You really need someone with this phone to come along and let you know how they manage. Sorry Im not more help.
