Hello,
I purchased my Fitbit Inspire Hr in February and I wear it nearly everyday. Recently, a build up of condensation can be seen behind the screen of the device. Device still turns on and I can still see a display, but the touch screen has stopped working due to the condensation under the screen.
From what I've read in the forums, many people report this issue after swimming. I haven't been swimming at all this year, and I was confused when I first saw the water as I've only exposed the device to water while showering (so on average 15 minute intervals)
Is there a fix for this or a way to clean the water out?
Thanks,
Johnathon

Hi, @JohnnyJig , I would recommend putting your Fitbit in a bag of rice for about 48 hours. That should dry out the condensation. As your Fitbit is less than 12 months old you might want to photograph the Fitbit first in case you would like to make a warranty claim by getting in touch with Fitbit on contact.fitbit.com. The Inspire HR should not get water inside if it has only been taken into a shower.
Although your Inspire Hr should be water resistant to showers, if you don’t need to wear it, that’s also a great time to give your wrist a rest and also give a few minutes charge boost to your Fitbit. Charging little and often works very well and will maximise your Fitbit batter life.
