Hello,
I attempted a search for this but couldn't find any other questions/responses - if I missed them please point me in the right direction!
I have an Inspire HR that I have had almost a year, and a Pixel 2 XL running Android 10 and I have Gmail set as my primary email account for notifications. I have looked through Gmail settings as well and can't find anything.. so.. I don't have the issues that many people have with getting Gmail to come through to the tracker. It does seem that some how either it or Gmail knows when it is a general spam type email (shopping, tracking number etc) and when it is a real person emailing me, and only the real people emails come through to my fitbit. This is amazing, I love this part. Except, more and more frequently at exactly 3:30 am this thing goes off for at least a solid 30 minutes updating and catching up and vibrating for all of the other spam type emails I had received since the last time it did this. It started out very sporadic and I thought it was just a glitch that had been fixed with an update... until 2 weeks ago.. now it is every other night.
I use the silent alarm to wake up, and most of the time I have to just take it off and set a real alarm to wake up. It is vibrating so fast I cant get to the screen to turn off all notifications. I would normally sleep with that option turned off but for my work some things can happen in very early morning that I would need to be woken up and prefer that be via fitbit instead of a phone call that also wakes up my husband.
I am really getting tired of this being so frequently lately and cannot figure out anything other than getting a different watch/tracker, which I don't want to do. Anyone have any ideas?
