I changed to the Inspire because l liked the idea of being able to change from wrist to clip. I got my Inspire in early December and in the past few months it has either not counted steps or sync with my computer or phone. I have to restart it 2-3 times a week and about every other month it won't restart so I have to remove it from my account and reattach it.
Is anyone else having an issue like this? I am getting frustrated with it, but really like Fitbit- this is my 4th one (I have had the Ultra, One & Charge 2). I may have a defective device, but wanting to see if anyone else is have problems and if so, how to fix it. Thanks for any help you can provide.
