For weeks I have been surpassing my goals 5-7 days a week. My Inspire syncs to my phone app, the daily stats are correct for each day. But it's saying I've only done 2 or 3 out of 5 days each week. Monday's stats are there, but on the weekly page this week it says I have nothing for Monday. Yes, Monday should be counted as it was counted last week...
So the device is syncing to the app, but the app is dysfunctional I guess? I have logged out, removed it from my phone and re-added it, done Bluetooth adjustments (which shouldn't matter because the device syncs), tried basically everything I have seen as a possible solution.
At this point, I should just use the step counter that comes with my phone.

Let me help you with your Fitbit app not reflecting the data on your Inspire HR. Could you share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your app? Were are you seeing the "2 or 3 out of 5 days each week", if you mean the exercise tile I would like to explain that the recent exercise area shows the activities detected or logged on your account (run, bike, elliptical, etc.). If your device detected your steps but not the activity itself then the steps, heart rate and other data will show on your account but nothing will show in recent exercise. For example when using the elliptical machine make sure you have the moving bars so your device detects the motion and records the activity itself, once an Elliptical activity is saved on your account it should show on the Recent Exercise area. Still you can manually log your activity so you have a record on your account. This would explain why even if you reach your step goals the exercise tile won't necessarily fill out.
