Hi. purchased 2 weeks ago.

Calories target by default is set to 1930

I am woman age 60 weight 57kg.

I made 15000 steps , more than 10km and a lot of activities a day and reach no more than 1850 calories.

Why is the number 1930 by default?

Is it set for my data or it is a standard default. Thanks

Hello @Tanai  This article - click to read - will explain how the calories burned are estimated. Fitbit uses the information you gave when setting up (gender, age, height, weight, activity level) to determine calorie burn. It can change based on your activity level and heart rate. Hi
It is still not clear to me. Fitbit estimated that I have to burn 1933
calories per day.
It looks like very unreal number.

I do a lot of activities per day with more than 15000 steps (fast steps)
and more than 10km per day and I don't achieve this number.
I think that for my age of 60 it is a lot of activities (much more than
normal)..
So to reach 1930 calories per day I have to run (not to walk) for at least
2 hours per day. It is unreal.

So my question is why the estimated default s 1933?

Thanks
