I have not been getting my notifications on time on my Inspire HR. Notifications include: calls, Fb messenger, text, marco polo. The rest of them I have turned off. I sometimes get them 15m late, sometimes I never get notified. I have noticed that when I unlock my phone after it goes off, my Inspire will get notifications that had arrived on my phone hours before. If the phone is unlocked, I still don't get my notifications on time. I have double checked the notification settings in the fitbit app. I have rebooted both the inspire and my phone. I have forgotten the inspire and reconnected it. I have rebooted my phones bluetooth. I have uninstalled fitbit and reinstalled. I'm using a Galaxy Note 20 ultra 5g using android 12. This has been going on for over a year. Would really like some help. I see other posters have not gotten finalized fixes for their similar issues.
Also, the sleep details do not populate on my Inspire even after the fitbit app has updated.
Thanks!

Hello @KassCat
I hope I can help. (🤞fingers crossed) Go your phone Settings > Notifications > Fitbit and check that Show on Lock Screen is enabled. If it is enabled, disable it, wait a few seconds then enable it back and restart your phone. Your Notifications should now appear while your phone is locked. If the problem persist
go to your phone's Settings > Notifications > Fitbit > Show Previews and set them to Always; then, go back and make sure the following is enabled:
😃 I hope this provided you with a solution. Please come back and let me know

Unfortunately, when I got to Settings>Notifications>Fitbit, I do not have "show on lock screen". I do get notifications on my phone for everything, but they just do not get to my Inspire promptly. sometimes they come through after a few minutes, sometimes an hour, etc. I also do not have "show previews" in my fitbit notification settings. In my Settings>Notifications>Fitbit I have "show notifications" on, alerts are sent to "Allow sound and vibration" and the notification categories are properly set. I have just turned off my notifications and rebooted the phone, I will turn it back on and see what happens.

I do not have "background restrictions" or "background limits" in my Fitbit app settings. I did review all the settings and turned them all off and then on again. I also do not have the specific "battery optimization" setting that you talked about but I have something similar. They are set to not reduce based on battery level.
I'll give these resets a go and see what happens.

So far none of the steps I have done have helped. I had forgotten that even call notifications came delayed. My fitbit starts vibrating and I look at it to see a call I finished over an hour ago. It's a very weird problem.
