Have had device 3 months and its fab. Now has gone in the huff! My device shows the time and minutes of exercise today but will not swipe up or down.  It is fully charged.

Restarting by attaching to power cable and holding button in for 5 seconds makes no difference - still just displaying time.

However steps etc are being sent to app on phone.

What do I do next?

Hi Mrs Foxie...May I ask how you fixed it? I got mine for Christmas, although it was late..so I have had mine for about the same length of time as you. It is doing the very same thing, yours has! Thanks

By fully charging (it has been on 85% anyway) connecting it to the charge
lead and holding down the button for considerably longer than the 5 seconds
given in the instructions - maybe 15 or 20 secs, when let go the button the
smiley face appeared. Hope this helps, it's been fine all day,
Foxie
