My inspire hr will not reset. I’m trying to reset because the touch screen is not responsive, display does not light up when I flick my wrist, side button has to be pushed multiple times to get a response. I can see the time and battery % and that’s it. Texts will also display. I would like to return under warranty as I’ve only had this inspire hr for 4 months.

Go to dashboard on phone , or tablet or pc. Go to your device I selected inspire HR. Change the clock face display I chose any it doesn't matter . Select and save. My screen switched on with new display. Later I changed it back all is fine.
