Same here. Mine stopped syncing this evening. Tried everything. Managed to get it to sync once after  plugging into charger and doing the restart. It's now not syncing again. Saying 'sync complete' on the app but nothing actually changing on step count etc. Any help or advice gratefully received.

There was a note on the Fitbit website that they were have some trouble with iOS devices. Hopefully it will be resolved soon!

It's Fitbit's App and homesite that's the problem...I'm guessing they periodically do maintenance updates and they delay the sync feature or there is a problem with their server site...very frustrating....

btw..I use Android system so it's not IOS related...

I'm having the same issue. Mine is brand new out of the box and not connecting to any phone or bluetooth device

Same here. I've actually had trouble syncing since I got this device a couple of weeks ago, but today has been the worst day by far. I remember why I stopped using one a few years ago. It's frustrating.

It's not iOS. My Inspire synched to my iPhone X after some delay. But it still won't synch to my Mac.

Is everyone's working now? Mine's back up and syncing normally. Thanks
everyone for posting. I've only had mine for a week so I was afraid I'd
done something until I saw all the posts. Have a fun and safe Memorial Day
weekend!

Mine synced overnight with steps (got up for the usual thing) but won't sync sleep score or anything else this morning. I'm on Android btw.

I'm on android as well. My sleep, steps, active minutes and heart rate all
synced up without any issue or me having to do anything. Good luck!

Mines now mostly syncing. Steps are there, but my active hours are behind. I'll see how it goes after I head out for my walk later tonight. . .

This is on the Fitbit web site:

We're aware of an issue affecting customers who update to iOS 13.5. Uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app may resolve the issue. Thank you for your patience!
