Difficulties with charging

I can not get the charger to stay on and charge it. I am not very happy with it. i am about tready to return it. Any suggestions?

Do you have the pins aligned correctly? It can be a bit tricky at first. See if anything in this article helps - click to go there

  • Hold the end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. Make sure the pins on the charging cable align with the port. The connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and a battery icon appears on the screen.

     

    Let us know what happens. If you can't get it to charge, get with customer support.
