HR Inspire Display

I just finished setting up my HR Inspire. I was unable to turn the display on by touching it as requested during the set up. The only way the display turns on is when it’s on my wrist and I rotate it. It won’t turn on when I touch it.. is this normal?

Let me help you with your Inspire HR display. It should turn on by tapping it too. If your device isn't working as it should then please restart it by following these instructions.
